About Darraugh
From Obedience to Alignment.
My Story The Testimony Behind the Calling
My story began in hardship. I grew up in a family of ten, and when my mother passed away, I stepped into the role of caregiver while still a child myself. Our home had structure, responsibility, and discipline — but it lacked the warmth and nurturing I desperately needed. I often felt lost, longing for love, guidance, and comfort that rarely came.
School, church, and time with relatives became my refuge. Those early years created deep emotional wounds — but they also built resilience, shaped my compassion, and ultimately drew me closer to God. “And we know that all things work together for good…” (Romans 8:28)
As I grew older, I carried the weight of expectations — family, career, community, and the silent pressure to be everything for everyone. I knew how to show up, lead, manage, and survive, but I had not yet learned how to rest or live in alignment. I spent years striving to prove I was worthy, chasing success until I achieved what many would call the dream: leadership, recognition, influence, and a thriving consulting career. By outward appearances, I had arrived. Then life changed forever.
In 2003, my youngest son, Brandon, was taken from me in an act of unimaginable violence — just two days after his son, Damoni, was born. Losing him was the deepest pain I have ever known. That grief, combined with previous and later traumas, reshaped everything I believed about strength, success, healing, and survival.
Caring for Damoni, who spent nearly five months in the NICU and came home with developmental delays and significant health challenges, required me to set aside my own grief. Yet he became a blessing — a gift — and the realization of a promise from God.
Years later, I made the bold decision to step away from the comfortable and established path I had built in DEI. In that quiet space, I felt God calling me into something deeper — something unfamiliar, uncomfortable, and undeniably purposeful. It was time to surrender. To stop chasing what was predictable. To say “Yes” to what God was asking of me.
I learned that obedience is not punishment — it is pruning. It aligns us with God’s purpose.
Today, I affirm that adversity did not defeat me, achievements did not define me, and setbacks did not diminish my resolve. Through faith, prayer, and God’s grace, I experienced restoration. I learned that genuine purpose emerges through obedience, not pursuit.
Every season of learning, healing, and rebuilding prepared me for the work I do now — supporting women as they overcome obstacles, embrace wellness, and align with their authentic selves.
My testimony is not just what I’ve been through. It’s who I’ve become because of it.

My Mission
Why I Do This Work
I believe every woman has a divine assignment — a calling that becomes clearer when she honors her story and walks in obedience. My mission is to help women:
- Reconnect with their identity
- Gain clarity on their calling
- Break cycles that keep them stuck
- Strengthen their spiritual alignment
- Move forward with confidence and obedience
This work is not about perfection. It’s about alignment, authenticity, and spiritual clarity.
